OUR STORY

Established by Jonathan Werrlein in 2013, Werrlein Properties was founded with the goal of crafting homes of exceptional quality. Werrlein dreamed about a process-oriented company comprised of skilled individuals dedicated to providing clients with the best customer experience as possible. Since 2013, Werrlein has constructed or renovated over 60 homes for many satisfied customers, many with the Werrlein signature red door (original red door shown above)! He emphasizes the importance of teamwork among clients, team members, and builders. Werrlein Properties prioritizes surpassing clients' expectations and demonstrating an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship.
